TAF History

As a young athlete Jake Bowlsbey has always been passionate about fitness.  He knew that was where his career was headed.  After graduating the National Personal Training Institute in 2011, he immediately starting training in Clubs, Fitness Centers and in-home gyms across Collier County.  Starting business as “Adrenaline Performance Training”, he quickly built a great clientele, through a professional reputation and continued personal references.  He has been focused on training anyone interested in improving their fitness level, and meeting personal goals, no matter where they are starting.

Jake is a Certified Personal Trainer by the Florida Department of Education.  He is also a certified TRX Instructor, NPTI, NSCA and Osteoblast Trainer for Bone Health.

As we approach 2021, Jake has been focused on some new training opportunities and taking a fresh new approach to fitness!  With growth and new opportunities in mind, we are pleased to introduce “TAKE ACTION FITNESS” a mobile training facility that you can find in open spaces and we can bring to you! Pictured right is Jake and his son Wyatt!!
